About us
We are a multidisciplinary team made up of a mathematician, a computer engineer and a hacker, with more than 20 years of experience across different areas of technology and research.
Three ways of thinking, three ways of approaching the same problem.
Our way of working comes precisely from that diversity. We explore new ideas, concepts and experiments by combining mathematics, engineering, technology and hands-on experience. Our products and tools are the result of a continuous collaborative process, where every member contributes knowledge, questions, hypotheses and perspectives that complement — and often challenge — one another.
We do not always think alike. And we believe that is an advantage.
The differences inside the team force us to question our own conclusions, look for evidence and revisit our assumptions. We try to submit every experiment to more than one perspective, reducing the risk of turning our own ideas into a result of shared bias.
At AxisDynamics we are not only trying to build technology.

Founder
- Electronics and telematics technician
- White hat hacker also known as Plaxius, creator and main editor of Proyecto-R, one of the pioneering electronic magazines (ezines) on hacking, phreaking and information security published in Spanish from Chile (Year 2000).
- He worked at companies such as the Bolsa de Comercio, Larraín Vial and Ernst & Young, and later founded his company Exis, now with more than 20 years in existence
- From his research in artificial intelligence he develops the vex framework
Jorge Alexis Castillo Sepúlveda
Founder, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & Chief Scientist Officer (CSO)
- Civil Mathematical Engineer from the Universidad de Concepción and PhD in Social Complexity Sciences from the Universidad del Desarrollo
- Extensive experience in the industry developing analytical inputs, leading work teams and managing various projects around information technologies and software products
- Experience in undergraduate and graduate teaching in university mathematics, data analysis, machine learning and natural language processing
- He has guided students in their engineering and master's thesis projects

- Leader in digital transformation, advanced analytics and organizational design, with extensive experience in the public and private sectors
- He has led technology innovation, applied artificial intelligence and institutional modernization initiatives in organizations such as Jumbo, Banco Falabella and the Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María
- He combines strategic vision and technical capability to create solutions that integrate data, organizational learning and user experience
- He drives products that articulate AI, psychometrics and automation to strengthen human development
